In this article and following articles, we aim to help both the Custodial Parent and Non-custodial manouver through the expectations of Court Ordered Professional Supervised Visits.
Being a neutral party offers us a unique view to see patterns, concerns and behaviors from the parents, children, lawyers, courts and all that are involved when Court Ordered Professional Supervised Visitations are ordered.
When a Professional Supervised Monitor has been monitoring visits for a number of years, there is not much we have not seen, heard over the course of a case that we have been hired for. This gives us a unique insight to the patterns of each party. While still understanding that each case is unique in many ways also, and understand that for that individual their concerns, and fears are real.
We have found when both the Custodial parent and Non-custodial parent understands the process and expectations of how all sides play a role in Supervised Visitations we can get to better communication and cooperation. Then the Custodial Parent and Non-Custodial parent can then concentrate on all the other matters.
In the following blogs we aim to give all an insight into the patterns, comments and actions each party plays. We also hope that with some insight a different view can be seen to make this stage of everyone's lives a little bit better and easier.
We will examine each individual parties common concerns, reactions both verbally and actions. Each blog will consist of one party involved in this process, we will be examining the Custodial Parent, Non-Custodial Parent, minors, Attorneys, the role of the Professional Supervised Monitors and any other role that is included in the process, to help identify common perceptions, reactions and behaviors.
